Crystal-Less™ DSC2311 Delivers Two Low Jitter Clock References In The PCB Footprint of a 1.0mm x 1.0mm Crystal-Based Clock Generator

SAN JOSE, Calif.--Discera, Inc., a leading provider of silicon timing solutions announced the availability of the world's smallest clock generator solution.  The DSC2311 enables smaller and more reliable mobile, networking, storage, and video products by replacing two discrete crystals or crystal oscillators and four passive components with a single miniature crystal-less™ clock generator.  This new device delivers frequencies up to 170 MHz and operating temperatures up to 125 degrees Celsius in the PCB footprint of a 1.0mm x 1.0mm crystal-based clock generator solution.

Standard configurations of the DSC2311 are available to meet the clock reference requirements of camera and Wi-Fi modules, e-Readers and tablets, PON and DSL modems, solid state and hard disk drives, and other popular applications.
