Discera, Inc is a timing and clock oscillator company utilizing proprietary MEMS (micro-electrical mechanical system) resonator and packaging processes which offer the lowest power oscillators on the market. In addition, our products meet the small package size and high shock/vibration requirements needed by the most demanding customers. Originally developed through research at U.C. Established in 2001, Discera is based in San Jose, Ca and has developed an impressive vault of twenty-seven patents and over 50 exclusive licenses. Using our PureSilicon^tm CMOS MEMS resonator, lead times are significantly shorter than traditional crystal oscillator products. Further enhancing the development cycle is our exclusive DragonFly^TM hand-held programmer allowing the user to program parts in seconds.
